Marcus® Hotels & Resorts Properties and Restaurants Recognized with TripAdvisor® 2017 Certificate of Excellence

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 9, 2017-- Marcus® Hotels & Resorts, a nationally recognized hotel owner and management company and division of The Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS), today announced that 23 of its hotels and restaurants have received the TripAdvisor® 2017 Certificate of Excellence. The recognition honors top-rated accommodation businesses, restaurants and attractions, as reviewed by travelers on the world’s largest travel site.

Now in its seventh year, the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Winners of the prestigious award include accommodations, eateries and attractions of all sizes across the globe.
